London, United Kingdom, 4th December 2024 – Avolites Ltd will make the USA debut of the Diamond 7 (D7), the latest addition to the Diamond collection of consoles, at this year’s LDi show in Las Vegas on stand number 2258. Two variants, D7-330 and D7-215, positioned as the ultimate travel and performance console, that can be packed in a standard Peli Air case and checked in as hold luggage to fly anywhere with you, will be on the Avolites stand for demonstration.
Other hardware on the stand available for demonstration includes our flagship lighting control console the Diamond 9, with both variants D9-330 and D9-215, along with the T3 and T3-W, our smallest footprint professional lighting control product, where portability, compactness and performance are crucial. Plus our tried and trusted Tiger Touch II and Quartz consoles, providing great performance and a popular choice for the cost-conscious who are looking for great value and performance. Our powerful ‘Production Grade’ Q-series media server range will also be present with the Q3, demonstrating our Synergy feature set (which brings lighting and video together, offering creative programmers a streamlined workflow for all the visual elements on their stage).
Our long-standing software platforms Titan, Ai and the newest media software platform Prism, designed for lighting designers, are powering all our hardware products, and will be demonstrated in any of our console stations. Our networking products Titan Net Switch (TNS) and Titan Net Processor (TNP) will also be on stand supporting all our hardware. Also on the stand is a six seater training area, that will be demonstrating our Titan and Prism software each day of the show.
At this year’s LDi show we will be releasing the latest version of Prism. Prism (Early Access) release following on from the introduction of Prism Player and Prism Zero, is an important milestone in the development of this application suite, designed predominantly for lighting designers. Key features in this release of Prism include added preview window, cross fade on a layer, hardware decode acceleration for H.264/H.265, control over multiple banks and layers, live input and NDI input, added virtual return and region of interest on outputs. Together with Synergy we’ve added control to surface and layers, NDI previews, cross fade duration and speed control. As well as updates to improve playback performance on AiM, NotchLC, and HAP media.
(Prism is a specialised software application developed by Avolites, principally for lighting designers, tailored for media playback and designed specifically for the live events and entertainment industry. Prism (E.A.) edition introduces multiple banks and layers that can be controlled via Prism’s UI and/or via Avolites lighting control application ‘Titan’ which utilises the Synergy layer control.)
