Important Information: Ai V10.3 and below Licensing System
After a product has reached the end of production, Avolites guarantees a minimum of 5 years of full product support for both hardware, software and licensing, subject to the availability of stock, materials, parts, hardware compatibility and availability of licensing support.
We understand the dependence our customers and users have on our products to keep working year after year, with the relevant hardware, software and license upgrades being available. Due to changes in our licensing system, we are no longer able to provide software licenses for Ai v10.3 or below.

Ai Dongle Upgrade
Users who currently own an Ai Dongle (Black) are entitled to a one time AvoKey upgrade that will run the latest version of Ai (v11.0 and above). To upgrade, please click here.
